Tan Hill Inn's Christmas experience is back again for 2025!

Our famous Christmas experience includes a delicious Christmas Roast Turkey Banquet for the adults and children. This will be served banquet platter style on your table before you have visited Santa’s Grotto. You will have a dedicated, pre-allocated table in the pub rooms or barn to enjoy your food, drink and the all-important complimentary Christmas cracker!
There is plenty to do this year; meet and greet with Santa, his Elves and Santa’s real Owls, in Santas grotto!
This year, each child will get to post their Santa’s Letter into Santa’s Owls Post box. Tan Hill Ted will be getting up to no good as usual, we will make sure he doesn’t hide all the presents that the children will have a choice of choosing, when in the Grotto!
The Tan Hill pub and Barn will be festively decorated with plenty of activities available for the family to enjoy!
